We are excited about our return as we honor and pay tribute to the Artists of our Region and Beyond through this Festival and its Attendees. THE YORKFEST FINE ARTS FESTIVAL will feature fantastic art exhibitions, fashion show, an awesome Kids Lane and more!!!
THE YORKFEST FINE ARTS FESTIVAL promises to be a memorable experience. The Organizers are dedicated to making this affair into an endeavor that will encourage area residents, merchants, and proprietors to get directly involved in quality, progressive, and positive events. or $50.00 / weekend
NON-PROFIT VENDOR FEE:
10x10 space for $50.00 a day
or $100.00 / weekend.
PRODUCT/SERVICE VENDOR FEE:

VENDOR FEE: (Checks payable to THE ARTIST FOUNDATION)T
There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE. QUIET GENERATORS ONLY – Only the use of quiet generators is permitted.
DISCLAIMER (Must be signed or application will be returned) If inclement weather, THE ARTIST FOUNDATION will determine event cancellation. (This is a rain or shine event)
Waste generated by vendors must be discarded by vendors.

Vendors may begin set-up as early as 8:00 AM. All vendors must be ready by 1100 am.
This is a rain or shine event. The vendor fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for inclement weather conditions, poor sales, or no shows.
Report to the information booth to check-in and receive your assigned booth location information. Set-up and dismantling of the booth is the responsibility of the vendor.
Applicant and members and associates of his/her organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of York, and its agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses including attorney’s fees and court costs, arising from any circumstances occurring during the YORKFEST FINE ARTS FESTIVAL.
