VENDOR FEE: $35.00 (Checks payable to the City of York)

There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE. QUIET GENERATORS ONLY – Only the use of quiet generators is permitted.

DISCLAIMER (Must be signed or application will be returned)

If inclement weather, the City of York will determine event cancellation.

Waste generated by vendor must be discarded by vendor.

Names of all vendors will be forwarded to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PA SALES TAX LICENSE (Permanent or Temporary). YOU CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID LICENSE NUMBER.

Insurance or waiver (signed application) must be provided by vendors. City of York assumes no liability for any accidents to property or person. The certificate must name City of York as an additional insured party.

If you do not have a valid City of York Health License, please visit the Permits Planning & Zoning office. They are located at City Hall (main level), office hours Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, 717.859.2256. Additional fees will apply.

Vendors may begin set-up as early as 9:00 AM

All vendors must be ready to provide said items by 12:00 pm.

This is a rain or shine event. The vendor fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for inclement weather conditions, poor sales, or no shows.

Report to the information booth to check-in and receive your assigned booth location information.

Set-up and dismantling of the booth is the responsibility of the vendor. All items needed for set-up must be provided by the vendor.
